Yoseph Rixit with a distinguished background in representing world-renowned manufacturers and distributors in California's state and federal courts, is now leveraging his extensive defense experience to advocate for Californians. His expertise, previously focused on litigation for automotive manufacturers and dealerships under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, has been pivotal in contract disputes. Holding a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School, Yoseph  has honed his skills through significant roles, including an internship in Entertainment Transactional Practice at a major Hollywood studio, focusing on distribution, talent, and financing agreements for films ranging from independent to high-budget productions. His early career also includes working for a leading international film sales, finance, and production company and serving as an interpreter for the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada before law school.
